Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility & Window

Condition: Item(s) must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order information) is required.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@markgrovestee.com. Please include the following information:

Reasons for return/exchange.

Your order number and full name.

Proof of purchase (screenshot).

Handling Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of delivery the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue.

Replacement Timeline: If you opt for a replacement, please allow 6–9 business days for the new item to be processed and shipped to you.

Choice of Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will offer you a Full Refund (upon inspection) or a Free Replacement/Exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Our Error: If the return/exchange is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the shipping costs entirely.
  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in all other cases (non-fault returns, such as change of mind).

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a non-fault return, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Processing Timeline:

All Approved Refunds will be processed and initiated within 7 days after approval, item inspection, or cancellation confirmation.

Please note that while we process your refund within 7 days, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
